1. Introduction

Welcome to Manaro ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you represent that you are above the age of 13 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including restricting access to your computer and/or account.

3. Content Policy

For Lecturers

By posting courses, materials, and other content ("Course Content"), you grant Manaro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Services.

You retain ownership of your Course Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your Course Content as described herein.

For Students

When you enroll in a course, you get a license from us to view the course via the Services. You have no right to resell the course in any manner (including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the course and sharing it on torrent sites).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Manaro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Manaro, a Manaro employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Manaro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
